Gone are the days when women were primarily choosing a 'support career profile'. They have come of age and are now leading business initiatives, operations and business units. They are performing better than their counterparts when it comes to the 'leadership' positions.
On the eve of International Womens' Day, Vistara wanted to "thank" all the women who had been part of their 1 year old awesome journey and who had contributed in making Vistara Number 1 in Indian domestic civil aviation.
Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.
What better way for a brand to thank valuable employees than to dedicate their brand pages to the women who help them reach high. We took a simple Facebook feature of Profile Picture Change and decided to change Vistara’s brand page profile picture to one woman employee every hour. And thus was born the #WomenWhoMakeUsFly campaign.
The team at Vistara worked hand-in-hand with our team at Mob in planning and identifying the "women" who have contributed to growth of Vistara. While it was not possible to cover each and every one, but together we pulled off a great campaign where we touched most profiles and scenarios.
Overall, we generated immense number of interactions on the page and also garnered a huge fan following with this campaign.
