Chef Christiaan Stoop Menu Design

This newly joined young and talented Sous Chef at The Oberoi, New Delhi had been creating quite the gourmet stir with his experimental and innovative world cuisine. This was the Menu design created for his eclectic collection of dishes. The theme originated from his travels across many countries in Europe as well as his apprenticeship with some of the finest chefs in the world. Hence the title 'Confessions of the Culinary Traveller'
